ZONE PANEL · MANAUS, BRAZIL
Every corner of a home or an office gets its own zone on our panel
3D Alarmes is the trading name under which 3D Serviços Empresariais LTDA serves the Planalto district of Manaus, in the Brazilian state of Amazonas. The work spans electronic security, computers, wiring, sound and picture, and fixing devices that have quit.
Below, each activity on file under our CNPJ (the Brazilian company registry number) shows up as one zone of an alarm panel: a short word on the display, then a plain account of what it means for whoever gets in touch.
Six zones on the panel
None of the zones is a fixed bundle. They mark how far the company is allowed and equipped to go; what suits a given building is settled after a conversation.
-
ZONE 01MONITORING
Monitoring of electronic security systems: sensors, control units and cameras wired to people who keep an eye on the signals the system sends out.
This is the activity behind the brand name, and the reason a keypad sits at the head of this page.
-
ZONE 02COMPUTERS
Retail of computer equipment and supplies, which is the main line on our registration card. Desktops, peripherals and the odds and ends a small office runs on.
-
ZONE 03WIRING
Electrical installation and upkeep, which tends to travel alongside alarms and cameras: an extra outlet, a dedicated circuit, power for the control unit.
-
ZONE 04SOUND AND PICTURE
Selling home appliances plus sound and video gear, for anyone who would rather sort out a screen, speakers and a recorder at one counter.
-
ZONE 05WORKBENCH
Repair of communication equipment and of personal and household electronics.
A device that comes in through the door of room B is tested again before it goes back out.
-
ZONE 06PHONE DESK
Telephone support: the voice at the other end when a customer calls to ask something, book a visit or report what their own system is doing.
Four words the display tends to show
Anyone who has lived with an alarm panel knows these messages. They also happen to describe where a job of ours stands.
-
READY
Everything shut, no sensor open. For us: the site check is done and the written quote is in your hands.
-
ARMED
The system is on watch. For us: the agreed work is installed and running at the property.
-
ZONE OPEN
A door or window was left ajar. For us: we are waiting on one detail from you before going further.
-
AC FAULT
Mains power dropped. For us: the trouble is electrical before it is a security matter, so Zone 03 goes first.
Before arming: what the panel leaves unsaid
A keypad only reports the state of the system. Some things it simply cannot display, and we would rather spell them out than leave them implied.
- No printed deadline
- This page sets no turnaround for visits or repairs. Each case hangs on the place, the part and how that week is booked.
- No boxed kit
- The sensor, camera or cable that fits a shop is seldom the one that fits a house. What goes in is chosen after the site check.
- No price in the window
- A quote is put in writing for the property that was seen, and it holds for that property alone.
- Repairs come with a test
- If a spare part is no longer made, the diagnosis says so before you decide anything about the repair.
- Who picks up the phone
- The number shown here is the one printed on the company's registration card, listed for the room B address.
Asking for a technician in three presses
No quote comes before someone has looked at the place. The route goes like this:
-
1
Say where it is
District, kind of building and whatever is already installed there, even if it sits switched off.
-
2
Name the zone
Alarm, camera, network, a new outlet or a device gathering dust in a drawer.
-
3
Settle the site check
The team answers through the same channel and works out with you a time to come over.
To bring a device to the bench: room B is in the Campos Elíseos complex, block 30, on Avenida Constantinopla, Planalto district, Manaus. Call ahead to check that someone is in.
The asset tag stuck under the casing
Any real piece of equipment carries an asset tag on its back. Ours holds the details from the CNPJ registration card, nothing added.
